Paul brings more than 20 years of leadership experience planning and executing commercial strategy for entrepreneurial ventures, with deep expertise as a business development catalyst across the Life Sciences CRO sector. He began his career at Pfizer, where he spent a decade managing an internal laboratory and external CRO partnerships. In 2003, he founded Blue Sky Biotech (now Curia) and led it as CEO and CCO through its highly successful acquisition. Paul also founded, scaled, and sold Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company to Barrel One Collective in June 2025.
An ideal combination of strategist and relationship manager, Paul has personally led $50M+ in closed contracts and returned 5–15x ROI to stakeholders. He has deep experience developing commercial strategies, identifying market opportunities in early R&D, and guiding cross-functional teams across Science, Sales, and Operations to ensure client deliverables are met on time and on budget. At SauveBio, he leads commercial strategy and partnership development, helping the company grow into its next chapter and expanding the reach of its science to more biotech teams.
Outside of work, Paul is happiest outdoors — cycling, hiking, skiing, and boating with his wife and kids.
