As co-founder of SauveBio, Jeff leads the development and implementation of innovative contract flow cytometry services, bridging the gap between cutting-edge biotechnology and market needs. SauveBio’s laboratory provides essential services to research institutions and pharmaceutical companies, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and efficient operational processes to accelerate scientific discovery.

Jeff’s journey to biotechnology entrepreneurship has been built upon a strong foundation in business development and strategic relationship management. As Architect + Design Manager at PPG Paint Company, he managed relationships with over 500 key industry customers, demonstrating exceptional ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. A significant achievement in this role was reaching annual Basis of Design project goals within just two quarters, securing exclusive product specifications with key industry partners and driving substantial revenue growth.

Prior to PPG, Jeff served as Project Manager at Sauve Properties, where he gained comprehensive operational experience managing multiple aspects of the business. This role provided invaluable insights into financial management, project oversight, and strategic planning, skills that prove essential in his current position leading SauveBio’s operations and growth strategy.

An early career at Sherwin Williams Paint Company established Jeff’s track record of exceeding performance metrics, earning Leader’s Club recognition as an Outside Sales Representative by surpassing all yearly sales targets in his first year. This experience laid the groundwork for Jeff’s approach to building and maintaining client relationships in the biotechnology sector.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University, where he won the university-wide Elevator Pitch Contest after competing against 300 other participants. This early recognition of his ability to communicate value propositions effectively continues to serve Jeff well in articulating SauveBio’s mission and capabilities to stakeholders. Jeff leverages his combination of business acumen and strategic vision to drive SauveBio’s growth in the competitive biotechnology landscape.
